At Homekor, customer satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase, we will be glad to coordinate an exchange or process any return and issue a full refund. We ensure all of our products are well packaged so they reach you with safety. Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. You may refuse to accept delivery if the package appears considerably damaged. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Support department and we will gladly arrange an exchange or return. Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery receiving date. Refund covers the item’s ticket price at sale and the corresponding tax amount paid. 


To start your return, simply log into your account with the same email you used when ordering. Once you are logged in, you can view your order(s) and may request a return for the specific item. You may also log into your account from the side menu under "log in" (mobile) or from the account login button at the top right (desktop).

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return label. Print label, pack your item securely into the original shipping box in the manner it was received and attach label onto box (please make sure barcode label is not covered with tape). Ship the item back to us.

Upon our receipt of the item, we will process your return. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days.
