If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right! 

Purchases are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or replacement, 30 days from the date they are delivered to you. Return shipping costs are covered by us, and we will never charge you a re-stocking fee.

Returns & Exchanges Process

If any item(s) arrive damaged or broken, we will replace at no extra cost. To initiate an exchange or replacement, please contact us.

To initiate a return, visit our website and select "submit return" at the footer menu. You must create an account and log in to submit a return. Once your return is accepted, a FedEx return label will be emailed to you. Please package your item in the original box and affix the new label. Since we ship with FedEx, the package must be dropped off at a FedEx location or shipping partner.

Refund Processing Times

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), you will receive an email confirmation that your refund was processed. Please allow 1-2 business days from the date the return was delivered to our warehouse to process the refund.

Returns are credited to the original payment method. Refund processing times vary per credit card issuers. It typically takes 5 to 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Items that are marked down for finale sale or clearance (with limited exceptions) and gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
