Fulfillment
The majority of our products are handmade to order. We typically ship within the same or following day, but please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to ship. Back-ordered times may take longer to ship. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order ships.

Delivery
The delivery date is confirmed once a package is received by FedEx. Most orders placed by or before Wednesday 12:00 PM Pacific Time are delivered by Friday (2 Business Days). Eligible packages shipped Thursday or Friday that qualify for Saturday delivery are automatically upgraded. We make every effort to ensure orders are delivered as soon as possible.

U.S. & International Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Currently we do not ship internationally.
Exceptions
Oversized items may take longer to deliver depending on the available services offered by FedEx. Shipping addresses that do not qualify for FedEx 2Day or Overnight will be shipped via the fastest FedEx service available (Express Saver, Home Delivery, or Ground) or with an alternate shipping carrier.
